Ingredients: For relieving muscle pain, fatigue, stiffness, swelling, and inflammation. Helps with: shoulder pain, back pain, joint pain, muscle tension, sprains, bruises, cold symptoms (such as stuffy nose, cough)
Main herbs included (for pain relief and anti-inflammatory effects): Turmeric, lemongrass, kaffir lime peel, camphor, menthol/prasao, ginger, plai (Zingiber cassumunar), morinda, shallot, garlic, and others
Usage instructions: Steam the herbal compress ball until hot (do not boil in water) for 3–5 minutes When hot enough, wrap it in a thin cloth or use as is, then press/roll it gently on the painful area for 3–5 minutes Repeat the steaming when it cools down, then apply again to the affected area Use until the pain decreases or the heat is no longer felt
